my name is Panos Kotsas. http://www.kotsas.gr
is my personal site.
The focus of this site is my research on medical image registration.
I am a special scientist on image processing and I work for the
Hellenic Ministry for the Environment, Regional Planning and Public
Works (Organization of Thessaloniki). I also pursue a Ph.D with the
Department of Automated Control and Systems Engineering of the
University of Sheffield, UK.
In the Registration Method section of this site there is a short
description of my medical image registration method. Extended
descriptions exist in my publications.
In the Publications section you can find a list of my publications
with links.
In the Code and Papers Section you can find source code and paper
publications from my work on medical image registration, as well as my
Master's thesis from The Ohio-State University, Department of
Biomedical Engineering.
In the Pedagogical page you can see my own approach to pedagogical
issues, which are a major concern to me.
Finally my Blog is an Information Theory Blog (without the Math). You
