You can't determine which image has the correct white balance unless
you know the spectral response (i.e. color) of the objects in the
image. To say "manually we can see both images and say which of them
is better," assumes that you know a priori the color of the wall. If
the wall is painted a yellowish off-white, then the image on the left
is correct; if the wall is painted white, then the image on the right
is correct; if the wall is painted pink, then neither is correct.
