No. But the universe of formats used is not large.

You can answer this question to your satisfaction by using Google to
get specs on surveillance cameras. Start by looking at Sony, Axis,
Linksys, Cisco, D-Link, Atrix, and look at the formats their cameras
produce.

Also look at DVRs for the same information.
