hi.
could somebody please tell me if there is a way to decode a video to
images and display
each image as a video timeline to the user. then, the user could edit
and rearrange
the video as he sees fit. once that is done, he could recode the images
to video per his edits?
i am not looking for a third party software package, but how i would go
about doing this
myself. if this is possible (i dont see why it wouldnt be), could
somebody tell me what
languages would be best (ideally, c# or vb.net), what kind of hardware
i need, what APIs
i will need to familiarize myself with, and any links or books that
could point me in the
right direction.
