It is relevant to that it is anti social to not provide for them. The 
situation would be quite different if they were voluntarily on dialup 
when they could as easily be on fast broadband.

No one has said you were for all values of "into". You were using and 
serving graphics and talking about it. That was sufficient in the 
context for my point.
