Without actually opening Graphic Converter and examining the menus,
Some of this terminology may be wrong...
But i do this all the time, and there's no single function that will
do this...
But you open pic.jpg, then do to Picture/CanvasSize (at the very top
of that menu )and make the picture area bigger, then move the pic.jpg
to one side, make a copy of it and paste it to the other side...
???
