CS2 on a 600MHz iBook?

by "news.rcn.com" <fountainpen@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 3, 2008 at 05:20 PM

Just bought a 600MHz iBook with Photoshop 6 on it running under OS9. It
had
OSX on it which I have upgraded to Panther

Does anyone know the best way of upgrading to CS2 while preserving the
(colour etc) configuration of the photoshop on it? Do I just put the
install disc in it and let it delete the os9 ps in favour of CS2 running
under OSX?

There is 256MB of RAM on it which I suppose I will have to upgrade by
buying
an ordinary 512 unbuffered non-ECC laptop chip. Or will CS2 run terminally

slow on it and would I do better to keep it as it is if it works?
