Well on Amiga, the file extension doesn't necessarily have anything to do
with 
the contents ;-)

However, your best bet is to get hold of "lha" (for whatever OS you're
using, 
there should be a version of it), and use that - for windoze, iirc winzip
can 
use lha (almost) transparently if you tell it where the exec is.
