Lens effects with motion blur

Hi, I have multiple lens effects in my scene, such as glow, lens flares, 
etc, that all look fine, until I turn on multi-pass motion blur through
the 
camera. For some reason the effects don't show up when motion blur is on -

is there any way to fix that?
