I have been collecting and paying sales & use tax in Florida for my
freelance graphics work for the past two years. Now one customer asks
why am I charging tax when she never paid tax on ad services before. I
tried searching the Florida Dept of Revenue website but it is useless.
Calling them on the phone is even more useless because each phone rep
appears to know less than the last. Can anyone help?
