qualified Graphics Artists and 3D Animators" with a background in the
implementation of graphics and visual effects processes in a concentration
in the field of Visual Arts and Graphics Design to sup****t formal
Government
presentations, specialized advanced distributed learning solutions,
training, marketing and other graphics products.

Job Description: This position is located at the A-T Solutions
Headquarters
in Fredericksburg, VA. The position is that of a Graphics Artist and 3D
Animator, involving involves primarily planning, analyzing, and creating
visual solutions to communications problems; deciding on the most
effective
way of getting a message across in print, electronic, and video media
using
a variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography,
animation, and various print and layout techniques. The management
functions for the Company, including but not limited to,
Ø Facilitate and execute a quality graphics program within A-T
Solutions Inc. and our clients'.
Ø Provide task leader****p and process improvement sup****t and perform
do***ent quality reviews.
Ø Function as a graphics artist and 3D animator for all course
materials produced for internal distribution within the company and
external
distribution to our various clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ø Gather relevant information by meeting with clients, creative or
art
directors, and by performing research.
Ø Consider cognitive, cultural, physical, and social factors in
planning and executing designs for the target audience.
Ø Develop the overall layout and production design of ATS training
manuals (using Adobe InDesign), PowerPoint presentations, cor****ate
re****ts,
and other publications.
Ø Produce promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures
for
products and services, design distinctive logos for products and service
lines.
Ø Develop material for Internet Web pages, interactive media, and
multimedia projects.
Ø Prepare sketches or layouts-by hand or with the aid of a
computer-to
illustrate the vision for the design.
Ø Select colors, sound, artwork, photography, animation, style of
type,
and other visual elements for the design.
Ø Select the size and arrangement of the different elements on the
page
or screen.
Ø Create graphs and charts from data for use in publications, and
consult with copywriters on any text that may accompany the visual part of
the design.
Basic Qualifications:
Ø Use a variety of graphics and layout computer software (Adobe
PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Acrobat 3D, etc.) to assist in
their designs.
Ø Design computer animations and 3D models using a variety of
programming packages (SoftImage XSI, etc.)
Ø Problem-solving skills, paying attention to detail and the ability
to
work independently and under pressure also are im****tant traits.
Ø An associate or bachelor's degree is required.
Ø Experience in a team environment.
Ø Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary is commensurate with knowledge and experience. Qualified
individuals
must submit to a background check and pass a review board prior to being
hired. Approved personnel must be willing to relocate to the
Fredericksburg,
VA area.
