	YES, it's possible and easier or harder will depend on your Photoshop
skill.  It may not help much because I can't be able to give all small
detail on Usenet, but just the general.

1. You will need to know how to use LAYER

2. You will need to learn how to use MASKING.  You don't have to create a
MASK but using the Quick Mask command.

3. If it isn't so bad (need replacement) then you can always use CLONE
tool

	Now time to start the fun, and I am giving the general instruction how to
REPLACE the bad one with good one, which can include the EYE

1. Mark the good side then copy over the bad one

2. Using tool to resize, rotate the replacement to match the bad one.  If
you can see the lower layer then you can always lower the OPACITY so you
can
see through to align the replacement.

3. Then you can use Erase Tool, Mask Tool and whatever basic tool you may
need to erase/soften the edge.

	This is a very basic thing most retouchers often do.
