Eerm... And you need a template for this??? Paste your images into separate

layers, then Select the layer which edge you want to fade. Then click 
Layers -> Layer mask -> reveal all - that'll create a layer mask for 
selected layer. Now select gradient tool with black and white colors
and... 
create gradient somevhere around the edge. Try It and you'll understand
how 
it works :)
