Hello all,
I'm trying to create an image like this:

All I mainly want is the white square in the background (with the blue
gradient), and the clouding effect around the square. Does anyone know
how to achieve an effect like this? I tried using the gradient tool,
but haven't had much success in replicating that square.
Any tutorials or additional information will be super helpful!
