There is no such thing as an 'activation key'. To activate your copy,
Photoshop contacts the Adobe activation server and sends it some
information about your licence key and your system. Based on that
combination, the server returns an activation code, unique for your copy
on your machine. Consequently, a seller can never supply you with an
activation key, only Adobe can.

No, AFAIK there has never been any other CS2 version than the normal
version.
