A description of  a typical task would be helpful, for example what you do

to the photos, specifically what you must enter in the data, and so-forth.

I suppose you know this, but if you have a whole folder of the same event 
that requires the same Description, you can fill the Description in all 
those images at once in the blink of an eye.
