Re: Create Bridge metadat filter in CS3?

Hello John,

Thanks for the suggestions. Collections is something I need to try, too

The Find command is great for things I know exists, but that is not always

the case.

I do event work with many participants and captioning (populating the
Description field) can take hours if not a whole day. What is nice with
the
Filter Panel and Keywords is if one or more of the images has an incorrect

keyword (i.e. typo) it appears as it's own entry on the Filter Panel - it
sort of sticks out like a sore thumb.

So I've resorted to duplicating (copy/paste) my Description text into the
keyword field as I am working and it works OK as it allows me to pseudo
filter by description. Except the keyword field is not the description
field
so I cannot see discrepancies. And the keyword field does not handle
punctuation well, for example a comma is automatically replaced with a
semi
colon and the data is parsed into multiple keywords.

Thanks again for the interesting suggestions and I am going to play with
collections which could solve my issue of not having enough colored
labels!

-Bob
