If you fail to get an answer you might try asking on one of the Nikon
forums 
on www.dpreview.com. All I can suggest is going to Adobe.com and grabbing 
the latest updates for CS3 I think 10.0.1, and also the latest Camera Raw,
I 
think  4.4.1.
