It is not a native ability of Photoshop. There may be an action or plug in

that may do what you want. I think you could do it manually by cutting
your 
image into “N” numbers of pieces with the select command and printing each

part by its self at the same scale. 
Or look at Qimage, a printing software stand alone package that I know
will 
to it to almost any size you like.
