There is a quality called accutance in imaging. It is how sharp and clear
an 
image appears to the human eye. Eventually someone will claim they have 
found the algorithm to make it automatic and the rest of us, the 
experienced, will be relieved of yet another 100 million clueless would-be

photographers. To date, auto-everything else has done a marvelous job of 
that.
