	For displaying then sure you may be able to reduce the size but keep
quality acceptable for viewing, for printing you may be able to boost the
pixel (using some trick *not* by increasing either W, H, or PPI) for
*little* better or larger print etc.. other than that we have to live with
whatever the original may be.
