I'm using CS2 - Adobe Photoshop Version: 9.0 (9.0x196) - with Windows
XP Version: 5.1 Service Pack 2.
For no reason known to me, when I go to Photoshop Help in the Help
menu, an "Adobe Help Center" item appears in the tray at the bottom of
the screen and all the menu items grey out in PS, but the Help window
doesn't appear. Toggling the tray item does nothing.
First I tried restarting PS which didn't help. Then I rebooted the
computer which also didn't help. So I put in the PS CD and selected
the option to fix or repair (I forget the exact wording) the
installation. It went through its thing for several minutes and then
rebooted the computer. I restarted PS and have the same problem.
Any suggestions?
