You can't number "parts of a page" (at least not with standard
PageMaker, maybe there is a plug-in, but not one I know of).
Depending on your printer, what you might be able to do is set-up the
tickets as a full page each using PageMaker's page-numbering to add the
numbers. Then you could print the do***ent / pages using the printer's
two-to-one ability.
A better way is probably just print a pile of your existing two-up
tickets from PageMaker and then put the pages back through the printer
using something like Excel to over-print the numbers. It would just
take a few trial prints to line up properly.
