Do not double-click the files, instead open up InDesign and then use
the Open command from the file menu.
If it still won't let you open the PageMaker do***ents, rename them in
the Finder to have the filename extension ".PMD", then try again.
InDesign should convert the do***ents, but they will almost certainly
need tweaking. The most common problem is that InDesign seems to have
different line-spacing to PageMaker, meaning text boxes are often
overflowing - you will need to either change the line-spacing or
stretch each text box vertically.
