Dick, Peggy and Elmo have told you not to, but you could. But being on the
receiving end of to many Photoshop files that should have done in PM, InD
or
Quark, i'm not about to explain the 2 steps how.
You brochure is 245mb because your Save Option is set to faster, change it
to smaller, than change your Prefences for new do***ents to smaller also.
You also haven't changed PM's default to store the graphics in the
publication. Right click every graphic, uncheck "Store Copy in
Publication"
assuming you have the links local to your machine. Check the Links
Manager,
PM should know the location of all the links.
Do a "Save As", I'd expect your file size to fall to 25% or less.
