Okay here's something interesting

by Chilla <charlesanderson@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sep 11, 2007 at 03:22 PM

Hi Guys,

Something interesting... well I suppose it's debatable.

A while back I asked if it was possible to simulate the mixing of
different coloured materials in lightwave.

I gave it a go myself and found that it chewed up so much processor time
and didn't work.

The idea is to get alternating layers of different coloured materials,
squish them into a solid object twist the object, and flatten it.

The material should provide a star pattern once finished.

As Lightwave cannot do this at all, I was wondering if there was a
texture editor that simulates this, and if not this means I could write
one :-)

Regards Charles
