[this is not directed at you in particular...]

If you have an idea what you want a graph to look like, but can't
quite work out how to accomplish that, then I highly recommend that you
browse through the on-line demo collection.

Even if you don't find what you had in mind originally, you might come
across an equally good or better idea for how to construct the graph.
