Sorry, but wgnuplot can't do that.  It's just that same basic problem 
with pipes on MS Windows that Ethan mentioned already.  pgnuplot can 
solve one half of the general problem, where other programs pipe 
commands or data into gnuplot.  But there's nothing short of a complete 
rewrite of the part particular to wgnuplot that could solve the other 
side: gnuplot piping data to other programs.  wgnuplot simply doesn't 
have an output channel that a pipe could be connected to.
