Linetype -3

by Christoph Bersch <usenet@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sep 10, 2008 at 10:26 AM

Hi,

is the behavior of 'lt -3' specified somewhere?
I found it in the first example of demo 'hidden2.dem' where it says:

"The "lt -3" tries to make the lines as invisible as possible."

<http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/demo_4.3/hidden2.html>

Indeed it works (both in 4.2 and 4.3), but I couldn't find any remark
regarding this in the do***entation on linestyles. Is this an
undo***ented feature or may it be removed in upcoming versions?

This works also for any linetype <= -2

Thank you,
Christoph
