drawing histogram outside of plot area

Hi,
I'm wondering if it possible to draw an histogram that finishes
outside the plot area.

See the black circles in this example:

http://mfn.unipmn.it/~mex/drawOutside.eps

These histograms should represent infinite values.

I really need this feature and I would like to know if there is any
possible  workaround.
