For a 3d splot of a function what is the difference between the samples and
isosamples settings?
help on 'Samples' says: "Each iso-v line will have <sample_1> samples and
each iso-u line will have <sample_2> samples."
Does that not automatically mean that there are sample_1 iso-u lines and
sample_2 iso-v lines? (assuming a rectangular grid?)
