Q: Comma instead of point for axis labels

Hello,

is there a possibility to get a comma instead of a point for floating 
point numbers (only for axis labels, NOT for input file or code of 
course)? I know, it is a German/Austrian vice to use a comma for this 
purpose ...

set format y "%3.2f"
plot [-1.5] [] sin(x)
