I mention C++ because I'm using C++. I could mention <math.h> in C (or
C99 in the more strict sense). <cmath> is essentially the same as
<math.h> (C99), except maybe something like namespace, etc.

It is complete depending on what standard that you refer to. As C99 is
sup****t by a fair number of compilers, gnuplot can at least sup****t
those functions when the compiler sup****t them.
