"Repeatedly" and "continually" telling people the same message from the 
same source will only turn them off. After a while they simply stop 
listening. You should know about that, from your constant and repetitive 
message on the other newsgroup we both frequent. Anybody who's heard it 
a few times either ignores it, gets annoyed, or both.

What's needed is messages from many sources, often enough to be noticed, 
but not so often as to be annoying. Annoying people gets you nowhere.
