havent used that particular script-fu script... however, it occurs to
me you may not have loaded everything that script-fu requires ?

Have you used any other script-fus with your current Gimp ?

If not, Id suggest making sure you have Gtk / PDL installed also...
these, with a few others, are required for script-fu function.

Hopefully, that will fix it.  There are other reasons for this "grayed
out"
thing... usually more trivial to fix.
