Short answer...no.  I've only got 415 palettes and none called EGA or CGA.

So just download the one(s) you want and save as a new one in Gimp.  The
are saved in your home/.gimp-2.4/palettes folder.  (without any
extension !!)

To save a new pallete use the palette editor.

-> Dialogs -> Palettes

In the palettes dialog box click on the left arrow in the upper right hand
corner and then Palletes Menu and then Im****t Pallete.
