Don't you loose layers that way. I do not think TIFF sup****ts layers.
I assume you are talking about Windows. Are you saying that you could
print OK under 2.2 but not 2.4?
I am using Linux most of the time and do manage to print (not
borderless) with 2.2. I am using a ppd file for a driver and installed
that under postscript for Gimp. Do you think that in Linux and 2.4
printing would be no worse?
