If you look at the tabs in the Lighting Effects dialog you'll see one
titled 'Bump Map'. Check the 'Enable Bump Map' check box and look at the
preview window. Different 'Curve' settings change the type of bumping and
you can select which layer to use to bump with. Also note that you will
want to adjust the amount of bumping !! A setting of 2 or 3 will usually
be enough.. Also note that on the 'Light' tab you can adjust the number
(up to 6) of light sources as well as type of light, light color,
intensity
and postion. On the 'Material' tab you can adjust the look by adjusting
its surface lighting characteristics including giving it a metallic
effect.
