Doing this does not allow you to retrieve the last settings you used for 
Levels and begin from where you left off.  You can only do more Levels 
(or Curves as the case may be) and begin fresh but from the last point 
you saved.  In other words if darkened your photo and need to lighten it 
the overly darkened image is retained but that image is really the 
beginning point instead of let say having the slider in the same 
position you last saved it in and beginning from there.
