Strange Font Toolboxes in FH10

Suddenly I have a strange font in the toolboxes of FH10. A almost 
unreadabe block font with maybe 3x5 fat pixels.
(Thats about the text labels inside the toolboxes of FH GUI  - not in 
produced graphics)
What can I do to repair this?
