Hello , thanks for your interest, we are working in windows platform, but
the files perhaps has been done in a Mac platform, we are trying to es****t
in DCS2,with the options we have tried almost many combinations, tiff 1
bit,
8 bit, etc etc, without success.
We need the texture for a 3d visualization, so need to see those files
linked.
We think that the problem is that the linked file, in photo is defined
with
pantones channels, so that in the thumbnail os the layer window we cannot
see this channel, we just have a white thumbnail.
