Good idea.

I was attempting to get a room at a Florida motel. Desk clerk answered
the
phone. I could barely understand her. Hung up. Got a travel service
person
(that could speak english) to find me a room.

I quit CompuServe partially because of the outsourced "help" that was no
help.
Christmas 2002, I tried to simply find out what the extra charge on my
bill was
for. Idiot Indian on the phone said I should call the phone company to
find
out what the COMPUSERVE charge was all about. Duh! I called Earthlink
instead
(have since dumped earthlink because they refuse to filter spam. I was
getting
SWEN virus up to 15 Mb. a day at the worst of it - It would fill up my 10
Mb.
inbox in less than 24 hrs. ATT filters this crap - my inbox never sees
it.)
