In FH you could try making a set of concentric circles (one on top of 
the other, filled with alternating colours), then using the 3D Rotate 
Xtra tool to create the perspective effect. If you're using FH9 or later 
another method to try would be with the Perspective Grid.

But the 'old-fa****oned' way would just be to horizontally scale the 
original circles from the left-hand edge and then ****ft the inner ones 
leftward by progressively larger amounts until you get the desired 
appearance.

If you need the white areas to be transparent for placement over a 
background additional steps would be required at the beginning, to Join 
pairs of circles into compound paths. Otherwise any of the above 
techniques would work the same way.
