There's no automatic mail-merge feature, but you certainly don't have
to retype all the names if you already have them in a text file. You
will have to place each name on a page, though. You could either:
place the list in the pasteboard, copy-and-paste each one into a text
container, print, delete and repeat; or make a series of duplicates
of the page and link the text through all of them. Using the latter
method FH might give you grief over a very long chain of text
containers, which it wasn't realy designed to handle; if so you could
take a middle way, linking up batches of perhaps ten pages at a time.
