Printing problem with a duplex unit

by e.andres@[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Elsa) Jan 28, 2004 at 03:24 AM

Hello,

I am experiencing a really strange thing.

I've got a Freehand 10 file, with 4 pages. When I select the print
option, in order to get a printed version of the do***ent, the results
are unexpected. The printer is HP Laserjet color 4600dn (it have a
duplex module in order to print in both sides of a sheet). If I want
to print 5 copies of the 2 first pages using the duplex module (that
is, one sheet in both sides) the output is 10 pages printed in both
sides, so it duplicates the copies I chose.

The values I set are:

Pages to print: 1-2
Number of copies: 5
Printer settings: Sheet landed, both sides.

The strange is that this issue only happens with Freehand 10, MS Word
and the rest of the programs respect the settings I have selected.

Anyone with this problem? It's so annoying.

;-)

Regards.
