You can't do it directly (AFAIK -- I'm still on FH8), but FreeHand
can do simple arithmetic on entries made in its palettes' data
fields. So one way to resize pro****tionally is to open the scaling
panel of the Transform palette and type "100*10/25" in the percentage
field. The object will then be scaled to 40%. You can use a similar
technique with the dimensions shown in the Group Inspector &c.

In FH8 (Mac) it's command-H (command-****ft-h); if FH10 doesn't have a
built-in shortcut you can probably create one. The command is (was?)
"Panels" under the View menu.
