FH10 ex****t jpg

Hi!

I've got a problem with the ex****t function of Freehand 10. When i try
to ex****t into the jpg or tif - format the result is not good. Most of
the letters are corrupted, sometimes they are even lost or words are
cut off.
On other PCs the same FH-Version is installed, and there are no
problems like this. My OS is Windows XP Pro with servicepack1.

Does anybody have an idea, what might cause these problems?
