Charge for rendering

by "Badger" <jm*nospam*badger@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 29, 2004 at 02:51 PM

I need as many people to respond to this as possible.

Do you charge for rendering time or not?

I have read here at one time or another that you should charge for
rendering
time (whether you are physically present or not) because it is time that
your computer can't be used for anything else.

Since I set up the render then go to bed, I've been told I can't charge
for
render time because it isn't fair to pay me for sleeping.

Please let me know what industry standard is in this respect, or even just
your opinions.

And, if you don't mind, if you do charge an hourly rate, what is it?
