This is probably not what you want but selec tthe Sky object and in
the Attributes tab on the Basic menu select Visible In Renderer to Off
This will not render the Sky object though you'll prob end up with a
black background.
Alternatively make the sky object visible in renderer, create a new
material with colour white and assign it to the sky object
