Where is plg_gen.h pnt_gen.h arc_gen.h hdr_gen.h ?

I am trying to compile the source code privided in rd_shape.zip and
rd_dbase.zip , the compiler complains because it needs plg_gen.h 
pnt_gen.h  arc_gen.h hdr_gen.h files , where are these files
distributed ?
